Nine features shared by the whole line, not by one model.

Pneumatic door lock

Locks the doors automatically while the mill is running, until the rotor stops, preventing them from being opened and giving the operator greater safety.

Automatic rotation reversal

Automatically reverses the direction of rotor rotation and redirects the feed flow, so both sides of the hammers are used and their service life is extended.

Automatic lubrication

Automatically doses the grease the bearings need, keeping lubrication constant and reducing maintenance stops.

Door closure sensor

Checks that the access doors are properly closed before the mill is allowed to run, increasing safety during operation.

Underspeed sensor

Monitors rotation speed and detects abnormal drops, making it possible to act on overloads or unsuitable operating conditions.

Vibration monitor

Supervises the mill vibrations and helps detect abnormal running conditions, protecting the equipment from possible imbalance or mechanical failure.

Flap gate position detection

Controls the position of the feed flap gate to make sure the product enters in the direction matching the rotor rotation.

Fully removable rotor

The chamber carries replaceable wear parts and rotor, extending the service life of the mill beyond 30 years. They are replaced because more capacity is needed, not because the equipment has worn out.

Multi-position motor base

Lets the motor position be adapted to different power ratings, making correct alignment easier and speeding up adjustment and maintenance work.
