From survey to commissioning.

Giuliani Hermanos, with its manufacturing plant in Rafaela, Santa Fe, covers the whole project: process engineering, manufacturing of the equipment, assembly on site, commissioning alongside the client's operators, and support afterwards. The main equipment is not subcontracted: it has been built in-house since 1959.

  1. Engineering and development

    Surveys, studies, process, mechanical and electrical engineering, automation, layouts, sizing and turnkey projects.

  2. Manufacturing and execution

    Manufacturing, integration, supply, assembly, installation and site supervision.

  3. Commissioning

    Testing, adjustment, operator training, documentation and production support.

  4. Support and modernisation

    Diagnosis, assistance, repair, maintenance, upgrades, expansion and optimisation.

The scope is set project by project. It can be a complete turnkey plant, the expansion of an existing line, or the supply of a single machine. See the equipment
